Tessitura Fratelli Fontana serves every type of sector thanks to made-to-measure products in various certified fabrics, both antistatic and standard. Each item is designed to measure on the basis of technical surveys carried out at the customer's premises by our qualified staff, with pre- and post-sales assistance. Only high-tenacity yarns are used to guarantee maximum mechanical strength and dimensional stability.
Filter-press cloths are produced in cotton, polypropylene, polyamide and polyester fibres to meet the specific processing requirements such as operating temperature, chemical resistance and the pressure to which the cloth is subjected. Only high-tenacity yarns are used, to guarantee maximum mechanical strength and dimensional stability. Our production includes cloths and undercloths for plates up to 2500×2500 mm, also made with reinforcements or rubberised edges.
Items are made to measure for the centrifuge. We use fabrics according to the degree of filtration required by the customer, both antistatic and standard. Our fabrics comply with FDA and GMP regulations. We produce bags for standard or removable basket centrifuges, bands for automatic-discharge centrifuges with vertical or horizontal axis, and bands for inverting-bag centrifuges.

Cloths for rotary drum filters are made seamless up to a maximum height of 5650 mm. To ensure stability during the processing of belt cloths, in some cases we apply rubber profiles that act as guides and reinforcements. The cloth is closed with standard or hook clippers.

Single-layer and double-layer cloths and undercloths for tiles in resistant fabric with high draining capacity, customised in size with either rings or bevelled corners.
